Tikku and the lost pages part 3
Tikku was hiding behind a big pot of honey,🍯 checking on Winnie the Pooh, as he wanted to see what the silly old bear was going to do.
But then it started to rain again. He couldn't see much.
Interestingly he was not getting wet. He looked up and saw a small cloud looking down on him, smiling and covering him from the other bigger clouds. Tikku smiled back and saying thank you, kept his vigil.
He was still watching Winnie the Pooh and waiting for Piglet.
Pooh bear was humming a song and walking from one side of the honey pot to the other. He still had not put his hand into the pot, that was strange, Tikku thought!
But Pooh bear was just walking round and round 🙄
Tikku couldn't hear what the bear was singing, but he could imagine what it would be.
"When the wind blows,
Pigs can fly
When it rains,
cats and dogs fall from the sky
When the rain goes, and the Sun
shines, then
comes the rainbow
saying hello hello hello" !
Pooh bear must have taken at least 10 rounds of the honey pot, as Tikku could certainly count till ten, and lo behold, at the stroke of ten, the 🌞 came out, and right then Piglet's broom fell down from the sky, and startled Pooh bear. He and Tikku both looked up to see the rainbow had reappeared and they saw, Piglet come down hanging on to it's colours.
One minute he was not there, and the next minute, he was just right next to Winnie the Pooh
And Winnie the Pooh said, "oh Piglet, there you are",
and Piglet said, "yes, Pooh bear, here I am,"
and both said, "Yes, here we are"!
Pooh bear gave the broom back to Piglet, and dipped his hand into the honey 🍯!
And relieved, Tikku smiled and decided to run home and tell his mum the ending. Happy ending.
A beautiful story. Very cute. I love the way you intermingle it with Winnie the poo. It’s just like when you read to kids and you put them in the story. I lovely touch.
ReplyDeleteGiving wings to imagination and interspersed with simple poetry, it surely is something interesting for the kids and the grown ups too. Mridula
